SNOWBOARDING

Bemer 3000 snowboarders use the BEMER 3000 Intensive applicator to reduce swelling and activate repair proteins, thus improving healing time. Level 10 prepares them optimally for competition by activating the metabolism to reduce injury risk.

The most common snowboarding injuries are simple sprains, fractures and contusions, and often involve contusions to the spleen and liver. Mild head and coccyx injuries can occur in backward falls.

Aerial maneuvers are associated with more abdominal, chest, spine, and head injuries than non-aerial maneuvers.

Relative to skiers, snowboarders have 2.4 times as many fractures, particularly of the upper limbs.

CYCLING

Cyclists use the Bemer 3000 to improve oxygen saturation and partial pressure for endurance. Banned substances such as erythropoietin may increase oxygen saturation by about 10%, while clinical trials show the BEMER 3000 improves oxygen delivery by more than 15% - it’s legal, non-invasive, and daily therapy is only 8 minutes.

The most common injuries are abrasions – ‘Road Rash’. Practitioners may irrigate the abrasion with a pistol or bulb syringe, then hover the BEMER 3000 Special light or the place the intensive applicator close to the area. A clean seal will develop exuding clear sebaceous liquid. If needed, they will cover with a hydrocolloid or semi- occlusive hydrogel dressing. The dressing may need to be covered with tape and/or padding for practice or competition.

SKIING / BOBSLEIGH / ICE SKATING/ ICE HOCKEY

Through improved regeneration, hardening of muscle tissue is avoided, reducing risk of torn muscles or ligaments.

Injuries from skiing may include head injuries, knee injuries, Fractures (clavicle, ankle, tibia, femur, spine) and Dislocations (especially shoulder).

Knee injuries are by far the most common disabling injury, accounting for 25% of all ski injuries. The two most common knee injuries are to the Medial Collateral Ligament (MCL) and the Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL).

Fractures are the most common medical use for Pulsed Electromagnetic field therapy applications due to the Piezo electric effect that activates bone growth. Minerals such as calcium are regulated for proper muscle and bone structure and function.

CANOE / KAYAK / SAILING

As an upper body sport, canoeing, whether paddling along rivers to enjoy the view, battling white water rapids or sea surf, sprint races and marathons, may cause muscle fatigue and lead to Shoulder strain or sprain injuries from the muscular force required to push the paddle through the water. The repetitive motion of moving the paddle can over time, lead to overuse injuries of the wrist joints. Impact injuries [a person who has fallen into the water] create risks by getting hit by the canoe or another object such as a floating log.

Through improved regeneration, hardening of muscle tissue is avoided, reducing risk of torn muscles or ligaments.

TENNIS

Tennis is a complex physical sport requiring hand-eye coordination and full body participation. Because of these demands, endurance, flexibility, and muscle-conditioning are important to prevent injuries.

The most common injuries associated with tennis are rotator cuff tendonitis, tennis elbow, wrist strains, back pain, anterior (front) knee pain involving the knee cap, calf and Achilles tendon injuries, ankle sprains, and tennis toe. See our User results page for examples of how these injuries have been overcome.

TRIATHLON / BIATHLON

Metabolism, growth, regeneration and healing are produced and regulated by electromagnetic mechanisms. BEMER 3000 is therefore essential for nerve/muscle activity, and a healthy metabolism so vital to the stress caused by the demands of Triathlon sports, summer or winter disciplines.

Common injuries include: Rotator cuff tendonitis; Plantar Fascitis - a ligament that runs through the arch of the foot and spreads over the sole that may be stretched during running; Shin splints and stress fractures are common injuries. Shin splints usually develop from vague discomfort experienced during exercise and if not treated may lead to severe pain that will hinder proper training. Stress fractures occur in the metatarsal  (toe bone), fibula (small calf bone), femur (thigh bone), and navicular (ankle bone).

“Fractions of a second matter!”

“Why do I always have my BEMER 3000 in my hand luggage? Above all, after hard training or a contest it provides me with faster regeneration and prevents muscle fatigue.

A strong immune system is vital for optimal health and the Bemer gives me that support the whole year round. By preparing my body I am able to save 1/3 the energy normally taken in the warm up before a contest, allowing me more energy and endurance in the competition. I use the intensive applicator substantially for preventing and treating injuries”

Why have Olympic teams and Elite athletes from around the world embraced the BEMER 3000?

Simple. BEMER 3000 pumps up Performance before training and competition by energizing every cell in the body in only 8 minutes. Improving cellular energy is known to support vital body processes essential to peak performance:

  • Increasing Blood Macro and Microcirculation (See Video)

  • Improved blood viscosity

  • Improved Oxygen saturation to the muscles and improved oxygen partial pressure - by as much as 15% (See Clinical trial), bringing more oxygen and nutrients to the individual muscle cells, strengthening bone

  • Reduces warm up time and saves energy for competition/training to the discipline specific minimum

Reduce Recovery and Injury time

Recover faster from exertion as cells under duress can be regenerated and detoxified faster (From acid/lactose) and waste products are broken down and removed from muscle and other tissue.

By using the Intensive Applicator on the injury site/s, oedema (swelling) is reduced significantly faster, and the synthesis of repair proteins achieve faster healing and return to training and competition.

  • Improved white blood cell adherence for a stronger immune system (Video)

  • Stimulates release of Repair proteins for rapid injury recovery

Research and clinical trials support the the improvement in CK elimination, Ventilatory threshold, Blood Microcirculation, and Delayed Onset of Muscle Soreness (DOMS).

Superior results are obtained with daily use, especially before and after sports activities.

The BEMER 3000 is light, portable, and easy to travel with - a must for every elite athlete who travels and wants to remain in optimum condition

"I always have the BEMER 3000 in my hand-luggage"

- Karin Möbes, World Winter Triathlon Champion

"Regeneration is a keyword in all sport disciplines, and with the improved circulation it lessens the warm up period for the athletes - leaving them with more energy for the actual contest” - Horst Michaelis, Sports Science and Physiology
